Login to to your account on either the link provided: https://www.rentecdirect.com/details/tenant-portal or in the app (Resident Connect).
Click On The Repairs Tab At The Top Of Your Page
This Will Bring You To A Page With Outgoing And Previous Maintenance Requests.
Click On Report An Issue Located In The Right Hand Corner At The Top Of The Page
Fill Out A Short Description And A Detailed Description Of What Your Issue Is
Once You’ve Hit Report Issue It Will Give You The Option To Add Photos Of The Issue
Our Maintenance Team Will Reach Out To You Within 24 Business Hours.
